Retired Brig. Gen. Gary Ebben, who concluded his 38-year military career serving as interim adjutant general of Wisconsin while simultaneously serving as Wisconsin’s deputy adjutant general for Air, was inducted into the Wisconsin Air National Guard’s Hall of Fame during a Dec. 1 ceremony at Joint Force Headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. 24 of Ebben's 38 years of military service was spent at Truax Field, where he transitioned through 8 different positions including 7 years as the 115th Fighter Wing's vice commander. During the November drill weekend, 115th FW munitions personnel practiced operations while in MOPP 2 and 4 as part of a CBRN exercise. Not only did this training provide an opportunity for Airmen to practice PAR teams, reacting to alarms and covering assets, it also allowed them a chance to practice munitions operations (such as configuring trailers and driving/towing munitions) while wearing protective equipment. #115thfw #ammo #munitions
