Here’s the weekend recap: finally the wind decided to play nice and I was able to get Rodney and his wife out Saturday morning. The cohos were definitely finicky for us but they were able to land five. Sunday I moved north and landed on a pod of them. It’s always interesting fishing solo and having a double and then triple going. Sundays numbers were 5-8 in just shy of two hours. Thin fins and flicker shad were the standouts, followed up by standard coho rigs. Spoons never got touched. Best part of the weekend was meeting a new friend, rusty a 4yr old golden who was such a love bug.
