As a way to heal and pass time, I started colouring with my girls. You may have noticed I've been a little distant the past couple of weeks and the reason has been hubby is back in hospital with ongoing back problems which has been tough for all! I would love to do a highlight reel of how the last week and a half has gone but sure no one wants to see me in pjs, piles of laundry at every turn, rushing around everywhere and trying to keep my shit together. Or maybe that's super entertaining but I did NOT have the time to make videos of the chaos! This morning was a lazy one in bed, a friend reached out and invited us out for a play date before lunch and we all had a great time. I feel guilty that we didn't do more crafts or park time but I know we needed snuggles and downtime too whilst we wait for hubbys results and him to come home this week. I really enjoy simplifying and have had to do that more than ever! I think the same goes for planning a party, the simpler things are, the more time to enjoy all the little moments. This weekend saw us out and about which doesn't happen often! Admittedly I don't always take my own advice of venturing out with the kids and can find it tricky leaving the house with my tribe of 4 little ones, but lately I'm feeling much braver... maybe it's becoming a school mum or maybe they're just growing up?🤷♂️ Saturday was cousin time with a Birthday party and yesterday was an intimate wedding for my brother in law and I gained a new Sister! Roman was a pageboy and I loved watching him be part of such a special day. I'm reminded that in these moments it's worth all the effort and worth every shush in church, every count backwards from 3, every breakup of little fights over who looked at who. The tiniest, happy moments we can't put into words, and all the hard work that goes into making a day feel so important, so memorable and so cherished is what life's all about! 🎉💕

It can be quite the challenge coming up with fresh content ideas for your social media accounts day after day. You’re expected to have a full calendar of quality content to keep your audience engaged and your brand relevant. But where on Earth do you get this content from!? 🤔 It may be hard to believe but there are hundreds, maybe even THOUSANDS, of content ideas out there for YOUR business. 😳 👇🏻Here’s just two of my own tried and tested methods for finding social media content ideas for myself and my clients. 1. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘. If you look carefully, your existing audience are already telling you the type of content they want from you. This could be in the form of: ➕ questions they are asking on your social media accounts or in online groups you’re a member of; ➕ comments they are leaving on your blog posts or YouTube videos; ➕ topics you’ve picked up on while on a zoom meeting or even just chatting with your biz bestie. This type of content is pure GOLD because you already know this is what they want to hear. 2. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗚. Repurposing content is so NOW! This simply means taking your existing content and reusing it on your social media in a different context. You’re essentially giving new life to content you’ve already spent the time creating. One blog post could easily turn into at least 10+ individual social media posts! Cool, huh? 😎 🌟 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙘𝙠 𝙏𝙞𝙥! Create a note in your phone to add any content ideas as they hit your brain so you don’t forget. This is what I do and it works a treat for when I’m short on ideas.
