📍Madison, Wisconsin Made a trip up to Wisconsin to visit some friends this weekend! Had dinner @lucillemadison and it was amazingggg. We ordered the spring greens salad (best salad i’ve ever had) and then also ordered the The Queen & Mediterranean Pizzas (also fire).

The finale of my 📍Madison, WI food tour & their claim to fame... fried cheese curds! 🎉 I had 2 primary goals for my weekday getaway to America’s dairyland. 1. See my bffl, @laurenw__marie and 2. Eat the world’s best cheese curds. 🧀 Thankfully, I accomplished both! After thorough research and many recs, “The Old Fashioned” located right off the steps of the state capitol was THE place. The curds are lightly battered, providing the perfect crunchy, chewy, melt-y, & salty combo. Dip them in their homemade sauces or enjoy on their own!
