THE WORKOUT: Conduct ALL for 4 sets —Forward Sprint (Both feet will touch each box) —Lateral High Knees (Sideways, High knees touching both feet in box) —Icky Shuffle (juke side to side each box) —Backwards Icky Shuffle —Lateral In/Out (step in/out each box moving sideways) —Forward In/Out (Hop scotch in/out each box) —Backwards In/Out —Lateral Scissor Hop (switch fee in/Out each box like scissors moving sideways) —Cross Behind (Juke in/Out, crossing feet behind the post foot) ****For that extra push, train with ankle weights Coaches!!
