Gervasoni @ Milano Design Week 2024 Domus Project / Our stand for the Salone del Mobile (@isaloniofficial). The set-up, designed by Concetta Giannangeli took inspiration from the aesthetics of the ancient Roman Domus, the archetype of the court house. Lightweight wooden structures and drapes in linen are combined with open volumes that invite to dip into the Gervasoni universe. A central court, dedicated to the Gervasoni Outdoor proposals, is surrounded by a covered area where the indoor products are the protagonists. Gervasoni @ Milano Design Week 2024 The iconic collection designed by Paola Navone, organizes "Ghost Party, Be my Guest". A not-to-be-missed party at our Flagship store in Via Durini 7, whose guests are eclectic reinterpretations of the famous upholstered furniture family. The "Upcycling" Ghost 16 sofa's fabric, made in part from scraps of other upholstery, covers the entire sofa to serve as a backdrop for a multitude of cushions whose purpose is to support the power of recycling thanks to pillowcases made from used clothing with a vintage feel: how to give new life to what seems to have no more "Ba/rock" speaks of a highly decorative world, one that makes movement and dynamism its expressive force. Playing with light and shadow, the Ghost 01 armchairs are in fact covered externally with an iridescent black fabric that, when illuminated by a flash, reveals a rainbow that enhances the colorful soul of the ornamental. The "Afro Beats" area celebrates the energy and vivacity of vibrant African culture. Straight from Kenya, masai tartan fabrics in bold, vivid hues transforms the Ghost 12 sofa and a corner composition into visually striking works of art. Gervasoni @ Milano Design Week 2024 For the Fuorisalone 2024, @federicabiasistudio signs "FRAME", an original exhibition project for the Gervasoni showroom in Via Spartaco 34 in Milan. Imagined as an art gallery, where each room houses a photograph, the installation changes the showroom into an envelope that goes beyond a simple commercial space. The panels become the background of photographs that narrate the story of each product under new eyes, and, thanks to their strongly natural component, create an ambience reminiscent of the most sumptuous Riads in Marrakech.
