Day dreaming about the delicious Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with a Whiskey-Caramel drizzle 🤤🤤🤤 This sweet treat was one of the items I liked the most from this year’s festival, but I must warn you...it is super rich! For a sweet lover like me, I didn’t mind the decadence of the truffle but some people might find it to be too much. It’s definitely a different texture than ice cream which came as a surprise upon first bite. Overall, this was an awesome dessert, especially to cool down on a hot day! You can find this gem at the Chocolate Studio booth near the entrance to the World Showcase. One of my favorite drinks that I tried during the Food and Wine Festival was for sure the Tropical Mimosa from the Shimmering Sips bar at the Festival Center! It’s soooo insanely good!
