Today our thankfulness revolves around my amazing staff AKA my girl gang! In a world where the desire to work & be loyal isn’t quite what it used to be, I somehow managed to be blessed with an incredible team who never made me have to worry once through our entire season. Some of my favorite memories are our team outings. I got to see out of the truck EXACTLY what I saw in the truck - young women who had confidence & courage to be exactly who they are. I’m not sure there’s a better feeling as a leader to know your staff feel safe to be who they are in your presence. These girls pour their hearts into the things they love & I’m so thankful Adventure Bowls is one of them. We have tons of off season shenanigans in the works but honestly I’m most excited for all of them to pick their colleges so I can get proper attire to brag that “my staff goes here” 🥹🥰 God truly blessed me this year. Swipe to see where we started & where we are now! •did you know we originally had chia pudding on our “Go Take a Hike” bowl & granola on our “Keep Er Movin’” bowl instead of Rawr Bars?! @rawrorganics -> our menu went through only a few minimal changes because you all loved it so much! •Our first photo shoot I didn’t even know how to scoop bowls, they melted, & we didn’t have labels! (Thank goodness for my marketing all stars @jive_media who have brought our product to life!) •I started this company with one truck (AKA The Little Green Bus) & a HUGE goal to expand the company nationwide •I successfully trademarked my brand & hired Adventure Bowls’ franchise attorney. •We spent 7 months on the road & made just under 250 stops in total. I get emotionally overwhelmed when I step back & see just what we are truly capable of when our hearts & mind are focused on the same thing. I am so thankful for every partner, vendor, employee, business, fairs, festivals, family, & friends who made this incredible season possible.
