One step closer to getting the shop back open! @bessandbeau and @bessandbeaucreative have offices off the hallway behind the shop. On Christmas Eve their entire space was flooded with water from a burst pipe and everything had to be moved to a drier space. Unfortunately our shop was the only dry space to go to, so we’ve had the shop closed ever since. Today we got their floor painted (yay!) and once it’s dry and they replace the baseboards, they can move back in and I can reopen the shop! 🎉🥳🎊 We will be completely back up and operational March 1st! #emmagracesoap #hillsboroughnc #bessandbeau #reopening

When Jennifer and Paul chose @emeril restaurant Tchoup Chop for their intimate wedding (before the restaurant closed), they wanted to keep with the Polynesian look and feel of the venue. We’ve been doing a lot of work in the studio lately. Our office suite is comprised of two studio spaces plus a bathroom. We remodeled the bathroom last year, painted and hung fixtures in the front office last year also. This year we changed the back office into a crafts room for our sister company @bessandbeaucreative (photos of that reno is over on the BBC IG). While we were changing things up I decided to update the front studio (which is where we do our consultations and client meetings). We donated the vintage furniture to @restoredurhamorange and I purchased new chairs and tables to fill the space. We did keep the antique settee that I refinished last year, but that was about it. I love the clean, modern vibe the studio has now. ❤️ #bessandbeau #officespace #studiorenovation
