. 🔴 چه کسانی از مالیات بر عایدی بر سرمایه خودرو معاف هستند؟ 🔹️ به نقل از مهر، شورای نگهبان تیرماه سال گذشته با بررسی طرح مالیات بر عایدی سرمایه، ۱۹ مورد ایراد گرفت و آن را به مجلس بازگرداند. در نهایت بعد از گذشت یک سال نمایندگان مجلس نهم اردیبهشت ماه ایرادات شورای نگهبان به طرح مالیات بر عایدی سرمایه را برطرف و مجدد به شورای نگهبان ارسال کردند.در این طرح املاک با انواع کاربری و حق واگذاری محل، انواع خودروی سواری دارای شماره انتظامی (پلاک) شخصی، انواع طلا، نقره، پلاتین و جواهرات و انواع ارز (ارز، رمز پول، رمز دارایی) مشمول پرداخت مالیات هستند. 🔹️نرخ مالیات بر عایدی سرمایه از صفر تا ۴۰ درصد است. همچنین در تعیین نرخ مالیات بر عایدی سرمایه عواملی مثل مدتزمان نگهداری در موضوع مالیات موثر است. مالیات بر عایدی سرمایه فقط زمانی قابل اخذ است که دارنده ملک، خودرو، زمین، طلا و… بخواهد آن را بفروشد. این مالیات دو بخش دارد. مالیات بر معاملات مکرر و مالیات عایدی معاملات مکرر. 🔻مالیات خودرو 🔹️مطابق با قانون مالیات بر عایدی سرمایه خودرو، نگهداری خودرو کمتر از یک سال ۳۰ درصد مالیات بر عایدی را در برخواهد داشت؛ یعنی اگر بعد از یک سال خودرویی که خریدهاید را بفروشید باید ۳۰ درصد مبلغ مابهالتفاوت آن را مالیات بپردازید؛ اما اگر خودرو بیشتر از سهسال تحت مالکیت شما باشد، دیگر مالیاتی به آن تعلق نخواهد گرفت. چون هیچ دلالی برای رسیدن به سود، سه سال صبر نمیکند؛. 🔹️به صورت خلاصه یعنی اگر کسی یک خودرویی را بخرد و دو ماه بعد اقدام به فروش آن کند و دوباره یک خودرو دیگر بخرد و در چند ماه بعد آن را با قیمت بالاتری بفروشد، باید نسبت به مابهازای مبلغ حاصلشده از خرید و فروش مالیات بپردازد. بنابراین اگر مدت نگهداری خودرو کمتر از یک سال باشد، نرخ مالیات بر سود انتقال آن ۳۰ درصد، بین یک تا دو سال ۲۰ درصد و بیش از دو سال ۱۰ درصد است. 🔻معافیت های مالیاتی خودرو 🔹️بر اساس طرح مذکور انتقال خودروی سواری دارای شماره انتظامی (پلاک) شخصی، متعلق به فرد غیرتجاری بالای هجده سال در صورتیکه دوره تملک آن بیش از یک سال باشد و شخص فوق، مالک تمام یا بخشی از خودروی سواری دارای شماره انتظامی شخص دیگری نباشد، شامل پرداخت مالیات نمیشود. 🔻 ادامه متن در کامنت اول🔻 #مالیات #مالیات_خودرو #مالیات_فروش_خودرو #مالیات_عایدی_سرمایه #cartax #tax

He wasn't driving then!). Why was it kept for so long? How is this in such good condition and yet other items - far newer - are torn and tattered? It doesn't make sense.
