Happy Tð T friends. Daisy and I are sharing a picture of warmer days in our #terrierunion bandanas as we brace for freezing temperatures heading our way. We canât believe itâs been almost a year since we became members of The Terrier Union. Weâve made amazing new friends and participated in some fun events and activities. They are party animals just like us ððð€ We were asked to share 5 fun facts about ourselves so we decided to let mom share those since she knows us best: 1. Charlie is 6 years old and became part of our family at 8 weeks old. Daisy joined us a few months before her 3rd birthday. It will be Daisyâs first Gotcha Day with us on February 28th. ðâ€ïž 2. Charlie is his dadâs little shadow. They are the bestest pals and love to go out fishing together on the pontoon boat in the summertime. ð£ 3. Daisy melts our hearts with her little snaggletooth grin and dainty mannerisms. But donât let her sweetness fool you. She knows how to stand her ground when bossy Charlie tries to take her ball. ðŸ 4. We live on a lake and Charlie is obsessed with chasing frogs. He introduced Daisy to the art of frog hunting and itâs their favourite summer activity ðž 5. Daisy loves playing and jumping in the deep snow. Daisy and I just made it home from a fabulous weekend at @saint_barkz Our good friend Buddy @babyboybuddy1 hosted an amazing Juneteenth event where we celebrated the national holiday that celebrates freedom, opportunity and progress. It commemorates the date in 1865 when the enslaved in Texas were finally granted their freedom. Thank you Buddy for hosting an amazing weekend of fun and celebration! #juneteenthatstbarkz We also raised awareness to help end Breed Specific Legislation (BSL). We need to change the stigma. Dogs shouldnât be discriminated against because of their breed and there have been way too many tragedies because of BSL. We are happy that has been made in our province, but itâs still not enough.
