Lasagna de carne de @ilbacareto, Sentimientos encontrados con este plato , me sorprendió que la pasta estuviera pasada de cocción y me encontré muy salsosa , aunque entiendo la necesidad de adaptar o tropicalizar al gusto del país , en este caso 🇩🇴 , por otro lado son de los pocos que mezclan la carne con la crema , esto me gusta refleja que mantienen parte de una tradición que en algunas zonas de 🇮🇹 se realizan así , la porción muy generosa y el precio razonable , el otro plato una pechuga a la andre( salsa y mozzarella) realmente no dice mucho , ahora las papas de contorno estaban deliciosas , el lugar es pequeño y exclusivo , el menú varía regularmente. #foodblogger #foodcritic #criticom #🔍👀

Confiéso que llegue a @alfrescord Gracias al trabajo de redes , tienen fotos extraordinarias de los platos y buena campaña publicitaria , este corte de carne con mantequilla porcini y trufas acompañado de papas fue la elección para almorzar. Poco sabor a trufa , la carne digamos aceptable , las papas pasadas de cocción y el detalle del sartén caliente donde lo sirven es para quemarse y recordar por siempre el plato.
