Meet TSY, this young man took a blow right at his front teeth from a basketball game, resulting in two fractured and loosened central incisors! Besides the bruised and lacerated lips, he seemed unperturbed by the incident when he first came in. His main concern was to have his fractured teeth replaced and restored to how they were before... (Since the alveolar ridge was also involved, to preserve the soft tissue contouring and profiling were challenging enough and unpredictable to say the least.) I could only reassure him that we would do our very best! Bone grafting was done almost immediately to prevent further bone loss. Implant fixtures followed suit and rescheduled for follow-up in 3 to 4 months time. Finally the day has come for the two crowns to be fitted. The prosthetic crowns seated perfectly!
