Our Farm Style Breakfast Sausage dates back to the middle 80's with our owner. It has provided a stable foundation and to this day is one of our most popular pork sausage products. In 2021 we decided to branch out and sampled many different seasonings until we finally found the perfect blend for our Spicy Farm Style Breakfast Sausage. Later in 2022 we were approached by a customer who wanted a stronger Sage presence in our sausage so we created our Farm Style Breakfast Sausage with Sage. One of the best indicators for a pig's health is their behavior. When a pig is ill behavioral differences show up before more severe physical symptoms. Some traits that are consistent among healthy pigs include: -Consistent interest in feed, water, and treats -Active group participation -Displaying curiosity towards new objects -Balanced schedule of napping and activity -Heads up and tail wagging while active Pigs can have their own unique personality and behavior but they will always display a combination of the traits listed above when they are healthy. When we designed our sorting barn we had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Grandin on the layout of the interior fencing. With her help our barn will allow us to sort and separate pigs as they grow while keeping them relaxed and stress free. Influenced by the predecessors of the Philly Cheese Steak, the Philadelphia Roast Pork Sandwich is one of the most iconic sandwich recipes on the East Coast. Made with thinly sliced Roast Pork, loaded with Italian Seasoning's and dripping in Hot Au Jus served on a Fresh Hoagie Bread, this sandwich is served with Sharp Provolone Cheese and either garlic sautéed Broccoli Rabe, Sautéed Spinach or Roasted Italian Long Peppers. PHILADELPHIA ROAST PORK SANDWICH (With Oven Roasted Long Peppers) Ingredients: FRF Pork Loin Roast Bag Sunset Wild Wonder Sweet Peppers, Seeded and Cut Length Wise (Red, Orange, Brown & Yellow) 2 Red Bell Peppers, Seeded and Cut Length wise BelGioioso Sharp Provolone Cheese, Shaved Head of Garlic (15 heads), Shaved Olive Oil Montreal Steak Seasoning, Salt & Pepper Louie’s Italian Beef Au Jus Seasoning Hoagie Bread Banana Pepper Rings Thermoworks Smoke Thermometer Preparation: Place Cut Peppers into Roasting pan and toss with the Olive Oil, S & P and Garlic in an oven with a Temperature of 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Rub Roast with Olive Oil and season with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Place in Roasting Pan Rack Oven at 450 Degrees for 20 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Set your Leave In Thermometer (We Use Thermoworks Smoke) for 135 degrees. Let it rest for 20 minutes, place in Refrigerator for future slicing. Take the Louis Au Jus Seasoning mixed with water and bring to temp on a stove top. Reheat the roasted pork in the Au Jus.
