Grillad pluma! Fin svensk pluma lades på lillgrillen som jag faktiskt tycker är den perfekta grillen när man ska tillaga kött snabbt o bara är två personer som ska käka. När pluman va klar åkte även lite grön sparris på gallret o till servering blev det luftiga, dubbelpanerade potatiskroketter o ett mixat persilje/vitlökssmör. I love to visit José María’s finca as he’s a passionate gardener like me. However the weather was dull, damp and cold so once we’d viewed all the bulbs we caught up with the others. We found them esconced in the salon, all tucked in cosily, with their legs beneath the brasero and enjoying all the delicious embutidos. I never tire of looking at the house which is full of treasures - ceramics, textiles, a roaring log fire, antique light fittings and the typical suelo hydraulico you find in these beautiful old Spanish houses.
