I have never fully been able to give myself a full facial reflexology treatment. I start the treatment but as I get to the 4th reflex point I fall asleep! It is soooo relaxing and soothing that my eyes get heavier and my hand stops moving. I find myself drifting into the most relaxing slumber. So although I have an issue giving myself a treatment due to me falling asleep you don't need to worry about me falling asleep giving you a treatment!! .
