In spite of that fact that the jalapeño that I picked had some sort of childhood trauma that made it extremely angry, it failed to ruin the cocktail. This is a great summer cocktail! 2 strawberries (roughly chopped) 2 jalapeño slices ½ oz orgeat syrup 1 oz lime juice ¾ oz Cointreau 2 oz tequila blanco (El Tesoro Blanco) Combine strawberries, jalapeño, orgeat, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add Cointreau and tequila. Add ice and shake vigorously for approximately thirty seconds, until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
