I have to give a shoutout to all the sponsors of the car, this car feels very dialed with the @cjm_industries bespoke aero, @fortuneautousa 510 series suspension and new R7 @paragon_brakes pads. The cars oil temp was very consistent with @rowemotoroilusa , I can’t be more over the moon with this setup! I think I’m most happy that I wasn’t last in street mod more mid-pack and it seems like this car can be a consistent mid-pack car with how little power this thing makes comparative to the class. What a weekend, I would say the shakedown was a success. There are few tuning bugs to workout and some hardware issues that occurred but overall I can’t complain. I bested my previous time by 2.5 seconds with more in it. Finished the weekend with a 2.09.000 which landed me 3rd in Max 3. 24th overall out of 128 cars. Can’t wait to keep pushing this chassis more, it’s only going to get better! After removing all the new paint that was applied in the window seal area I cleaned and treated the surface rust, primed and painted with a quality rattle can paint. The new windshield is installed and I'm happy with how well the seal covers the carbon bond seam. ****Edit, it seems I had a cracked diverter valve and that may have caused this issue**** NJMP recap, disappointed in my performance this weekend, struggled with tune issues (should hopefully get this cleared up this week/next week), so reverted to stock power. Recap: What a weekend, came into this weekend anticipating rain, and that is what we received lol . We had two dry practice sessions and on the first quali, the sprinkles started and never stopped after that. Was able to run a 2:15.7 with light sprinkling (pretty dry track) and a 2:39.9 in quali 3 in the full wet. The car is so solid, thank you to all my current partners for the support on this vehicle! Ended the weekend in 7th which for the year, I am in 5th place for the year.
