Quince with some butterflies 🦋 Would u believe me if I said I dropped this cake? I dropped the middle two tiers at home thank God it happened here. My back and hands have been so tired and hurting and it was the most common mistake anyone can make, I just got off balance. Be nice to your bakers we go through so much sometimes we are not okay. Lol Ugghh plus the heat and humidity has just been terrible and messes with the cakes tremendously. I was able to fix it just perfect, my stress level was through the Roof. 😬😫 But this just pushes me hard to get better and learn from my mistakes. I never dropped a cake in my whole career of baking, I guess there is a first for everything. It helped taking it out on my husband but he helps me so much, we were both able to get it done. 😂🖤 Let’s just say we are ready to drink tonight.
