Feels opp driving in, does a backstep with his left leg, plants his rights leg in a way to kick out opp's left thigh, then pivots hard to his left to rotate opp over his right hip. Most twisting throws follow the same basic formula: break opp's upper body into horizontal or downward posture, shift their weight to their far leg & generate sufficient upper/lower body rotation to rotate them over their far hip.
