Gift bouquets are my favourite to create. To order I need 24 hours notice (or more is even better to guarantee I can fit you in). This gives me time to cut them from the field and polytunnel. I then condition my organically grown flowers in cool water overnight. I don't use any preservatives in the water. The flowers are so fresh, they don't need it. The next morning, I arrange them and tie with biodegradable twine. Then I wrap them neatly in acid free tissue paper and brown paper tied using eco-friendly brown paper tape. The whole bouquet could be thrown in the compost heap (but would look better in a vase!!).
