Installed a @hayden_automotive 1677 transmission cooler. @deraleperformance fluid control thermostat and line. It took about an hour to install but was definitely worth it. On my drive from work my CVT normally hit 219-221 and today it hit 194. Projects 2 and 3 for the year. First up is @_whiteline differential positive power kit (bushings) for the rear differential. Pretty easy install, however I did not install the other bushing yet as I don’t want to drop the differential and will have a shop do it. Second was adding more sound deadening and adding @soundskinsglobal speaker rings to the rear aftermarket speakers. First project of the year. I’ve had the @desert.does.it seat jackers in for a few days and love them. They raise the front of the seat 1” and makes it more comfortable to drive. Next was taking out the “forced” back bolster from the driver seat which makes a big difference as well. Definitely more enjoyable drive now.

Got these @auxitoled 7440 led bulbs in yesterday and they are bright! Definitely a lot better than stock bulbs and since they are led they will light up faster. Thanks to @seansea1005 for the suggestions. Completed my 20+ limited headlight conversion on my 2018 premium on Saturday. Definitely love the look as it makes it look more aggressive and the output from the factory led lights are so much better. I used the harness from @foxbeam_lighting and the install was cake! I’m still waiting on the DRL harness from fox beam but it will be here soon. Bumper still needs taken off again and adjusted so never mind that and the dirty car.

Installed the last of my @trailsbygrimmspeed parts today. I messed up the rubber bushing but they sent me out another one. That’s why I didn’t have the pulley cover on until now. Well that and I got a smaller bolt for one side since I thought it was too close to the belt. Never mind the very dirty engine bay. Got the @trailsbygrimmspeed radiator shroud and fender shroud installed today. They look awesome however I don’t like how the “cushion” thing is uncovered now and wished the fender shrouds were longer to cover it. I also tried to install the pulley cover, however the drivers bolt was way too close to the serpentine belt. Went down to @theretrofitsource so they could test brackets for the @morimotoled 4banger lights. While I was there I had to pick up a few things. Ended up getting some Morimoto full housing tag lights and the 2stroke 3.0 to replace my 2.0. Tag lights replaced a set of eBay specials I had for over 4 years. Quality on the Morimoto is way better. The 2stroke 2.0 I had worked great but the fans are loud and are 2 years old. The new 2stroke 3.0 look awesome and the fan noise is nonexistent. Disclaimer: I do have the 3.0 in my headlights, however this is not road legal and should only be placed in the fog lights.
