This is a huge underrated benefit for athletes as they react to opponents and change direction. ___________________ What I’d like you to appreciate is how the body remains stacked on the non slider side from ankle, knee, hip, and shoulder, while the leg on the slider remains straight throughout the movement. ___________________ Pick up a pair of furniture sliders at Target for 10 bucks and try them out for 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps per side.
