Pacific Covid-19 update: New Caledonia territorial waters are now closed to yachts, ocean liners, and fishing vessels wishing to enter from international waters. International flights to Samoa are now suspended and vessel access to Apia wharf is strictly limited for the purposes of trade, fishing, and petroleum, and the Ministry of Health is required to continue with the approved medical clearance of all crew members. New Zealand's borders are closed to non-residents/non-citizens and from 11.59pm will be under strict lockdown for four weeks.
