We knew this weekend was going to be a busy one but I think it’s going to be extremely busy now. First to start off we’re gonna hike a few hours north in search of some fancy sky lights. Then we’ll race home take a ten minute nap then back up and at em so we can go see all the fellas for @prerunnerinvasion Then to top off the end of the weekend with church Sunday morning, Mother’s Day lunch picnic with the mother in law, then dinner at the brother in laws to celebrate Mother’s Day. Started the process of tearing the shocks apart a few weeks ago. I had to wait on a few parts to come from California before continuing the rebuild. Got that 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with over 300k km on it. Had the engine swapped with a (used but rebuilt) V8 4.7L engine (lovely for that 11 mpg lol). Got bushwacker fender flares installed. Got the seller to buy a new rockerpanel which I might or might not get installed. Got new brakes, shocks, heavy duty adjustable control arms, dual steering stabilizers and a new radiator. Had a custom stainless steel exhaust installed and aquired a new set of grid alloy wheels with M&S tires. Got a service on the transmission. Will get an oil change now, replace the oil filter and top up all fluids and install some stickers and a cooling box. Seriously can not explain what an amazing trip we had ! This man worked his but off for weeks and made it amazing! From #silverlakesanddunes for trick or treating straight out on the road heading to the #semashow . Off to Cali to pick up a van full of fiberglass truck pieces including some sick wide boxsides . To many places to list but I have to say the biggest wonder was #glamisdunes ! I can not express what it was like other then amazing! We met some great people that took us up spur of the moment and it was a huge dream of mine for sure ! ❤️. Then of course straight home to work on the truck !
