8️⃣/3️⃣/2️⃣4️⃣ Friday It’s great when the friends we meet whilst travelling come to our home state & spend time with us 💕 We met Steve & Jess whilst we stayed at a local caravan park in Adelaide & have caught up back in Steve’s hometown in Queensland so it was great to finally catch up with them in our home town & what better place than one of our fave in the Adelaide hills in Hahndorf. Even though there were over 50 vans in here there’s enough room that you don’t hear anything 🔟/🔟 * Another beautiful sunny day here today 🌞 * We’re off to Bathurst today and we head through the massive town of Griffith but……….😱 * Today is the first time we have ever run out of fuel 🙍🏼♀️🚫⛽️ in the middle of nowhere (40kms out of Griffith on a dirt road) but luckily there were some men doing roadworks who had diesel that they gave us 🙌🏻 * We then headed into Griffith to fill up ⛽️ * Stopped off at the little town of Barellan to see Yvonne Gooligongs “Big Racket”which is a replica of her first tennis racket🎾.
