Happy Valentine’s Day everyone ❤️ For this lovely occasion I made @mollyyeh ’s pistachio and olive oil basbousa - a delicious semolina cake with some of my favorite ingredients: semolina, shredded coconut, pistachios, and rosewater. Its coarse texture, soaked in sugary syrup, stays irresistibly moist!
