I just got this cool t-shirt on ebay! I have so much history at The Last Hurrah in Portland, OR. Three of the bands I played Bass in made it on to the shirt, Puzzle, Johnny And The Distractions and The Wasted Rangers. The Wasted Rangers recorded a double LP of the last weekend we played there in December of 1978. You can still find copies of in on ebay for around $100.00! Johnny And The Distractions Oregon Music Hall Of Fame 2011! I guess it’s my turn to have and hold until I pass it on to the next Original Distraction. In 1978 Jon Koonce left Sleazy Pieces and started managing our band, Hank Rasco And The Wasted Rangers. We started recording some of Johnny’s tunes and that was the birth of Johnny And The Distractions. We played a few gigs, made a record, then Jon started piecing together what was to become the band that signed a record deal with A&M.
