Tips to help grow your hair and keep your ends soft! 💋Consistent cuts/trims- Depending on your hair and hair goals, getting a trim every 6-10 weeks helps keep those dead ends off which will stop your hair from splitting. I hear a lot “my hair just doesn’t grow”, a lot of times it’s because you aren’t getting cuts/trims frequently enough. 💋Products- everyone’s hair is different so again it depends on your hair but some of my favorite products are by @redkenpro @kerastase_official and @amikapro 💋Oiling your ends- It’s a goal to not over wash your hair but that means sometimes your ends become more dry. I like to use an oil before I go to bed every night. 💋Heat Protectant- This is a big one. You should never use heat on your hair without some kind of protectant first. Things I do to help prolong my blowout! ✨DRY SHAMPOO is my best friend. I use A LOT of it. More specifically, right after I blow dry, before bed, when I wake up, or before a work out. I have 2 bottles at home at all times. Some of my favorites are @amika @kerastase_official @olaplex . Using a good quality dry shampoo will make a huge difference. ✨When i do wash my hair i shampoo at least 2 times, if I need to I might do a 3rd. ✨Right before washing I use @amika pink charcoal scalp cleansing oil as a little pre cleanse. ✨I also like to make sure to keep my ends mouisturized. So I switch it up between oils and creams by @amika and @kerastase_official . ✨I have naturally wavy/ curly/ frizzy hair so I also like to prep my hair before blow drying with dream coat by @colorwowhair or anti humidity spray by @amika .
