Greetings from the Preschool class. Today, we conducted a water movement cabbage experiment. Our materials were water, clear jars, food coloring, and cabbage leaves. This activity was to show how water moves up in cabbage. After adding the food coloring to the water, the preschoolers inserted cabbage leaves into the jars. Now comes the hard part…….waiting. The preschoolers kept checking to see if there would be noticeable changes in the leaves.
