After a few weeks in Langkawi we took a few days back in Kuala Lumpur before flying back home! @aloftkls had a great rooftop pool!

It was not my proudest moment when one of the crew threw a Beer can at me (me yelling no btw.) and I almost got lost at sea catching it - but it was very Norwegian. And a cool place to enjoy a Tiger. 🏊🏼♀️🐅🍺

Getting up early to see the sun come up is always a priority on vacay, a cup of coffee with only the sound of the jungle is magic. The green light is a squid boat by the way, during the night the ocean was full of them! 🐙
I have eaten my share of satay during the years Ive stayed in Asia, but I did not know how much I missed a good sundown skewer by the pool 😍
A week in the city was enough, time to go a tropical Island. 💚 Not a bad choice when the News from Norway was mostly about setting new cold records 😆

The first night in Kuala I booked us in at @jis_kl, a crazy japanese restaurant, with all you can eat food and drinks, + boardgames! So much fun!
Petronas was cloudy on our first day in Kuala!
We finally hit Kuala Lumpur, 24 hours late! We celebrated with some chinese takeaway and a bottle of Champagne! Swipe if you want the apartment tour.
Freaky-deaky-rediculously expencive lunch (guess if I have included the receit in the insurance case Ive filed 😎), but the food and drinks were good, view lovely, and we even had a DJ!
Finally it was getting near our flight onwards from Doha, we sat down at our hotel and had a long, lovely lunch before we left for the airport!
Stuck in Doha for the day, we did sightseeing by el-kickbike!
The next morning I rang my son, who had his own suite, over for brekkie in my suite! Qatar breakfast! Decent view too.
After a 3 hour delay due to snow we had to spend 24 hours in Doha to wait for our next flight, but I must say that that was the smoothest process EVER. We landed, a lady stod right outside with a 250 euro food voucher, 5* hotel ready (2 huge suites) and transport immediately. ⭐️ Not that I wanted 1 second more than needed in Qatar, but when you first have to 🤷🏽♀️
