In this post I am not tesring down other companies just showcasing the differences that the internet judges seem to forget when presenting evidence to the jury. First and foremost are competitors are deleting bolts and adding extra volume by the use of epoxy. This creates a larger volume of air for the supercharger to grab. If this is what they feel is good for them and their customers then you can all be happy that they are doing this. Some shops are producing 900 plus hp with this. That is between them and their customers. If they feel this is correct awesome good on them. HOWEVER We are producing 900 +hp without any epoxy or bolt deletes. Push back from outlet to inlet Every blower has this. Pulley combos, housing design, rotor size, and rotor twist all play a factor in this. You can see this blower particularly has push back quite extensively on top and between the bearings. Trying to port here is basically useless with his specific mods. Every car every blower has a sweet spot. Putting the port in that specific power range will drastically improve performance. When going past these limits or into these push back zones only certain things can overcome this. Usually this occurs in higher horsepower applications specific to an platform. This is not universal.
