👋🏼 I’m Kari. I grew up as a Suzuki kid, I’m a registered Suzuki Violin Teacher and a Suzuki Parent to my 2 daughters. If you’re like me, I had no idea that learning to play an instrument would be so hard. I didn’t always want to practice. In fact, I didn’t want to most of the time. In my studio, I have seen parents that know they need to help their student practice but don’t know how to go about it. They loose the vision of what could be because they are faced with so many obstacles. As a parent I do the best I can to help my children practice the assignments from their teacher - just to have our practice end short because the tears are coming in full force from my child… and sometimes me too🫣 Having the unique experience to be on all ends of the Suzuki Triangle, I know the struggles from every angle.
