TACO DAY 1747 @losreyesbarandgrill - Wildomar, CA My Aunt and her husband, who is also one of my favorite people in this world happened to be in the area and invited us out for lunch and Los Reyes is a favorite of theirs when they're in Wildomar. We dropped in and capitalized on their lunch special Mahi Mahi Grilled Fish Tacos stacked with fish, lettuce, Pico de gallo and sour cream. Naturally I had to ask for a little extra heat so the brought out their house made chile de arbol sauce to quench my thirst. Thanks Jeff and Aunt Ruth!!!! #TacoSlayers #tacofamily

TACO DAY 1746 🐔🌮🌈 Chicken Skewer Tacos Thanks to @_cookingwithcj for letting me know more things to make with my air fryer. For these tacos, I picked up some seasoned chicken meat and stuck it on some wooden skewers with onion and red bell pepper, and then air fried it for approximately 30 min. Once ready, I added the meat and veggies to some cheese coated homemade sourdough tortillas, then topped with cilantro, avocado, and a generous scoop of this @eatsomos pasilla pepper salsa ranchers. Bbbbbomb dot com!! Easy to make and easy to clean up. Then our thirst was quenched with an ice-cold @mineragua after killing these tacos #TacoSlayers #Tacos

TACO DAY 1745🌮☝️🧨 THE NACHO TACO I started thinking to myself, " How can I crank up the volume on a ground beef taco....?" Well, I think this is the answer. I fried up a few corn tortillas and piled a layer of refried beans and @heygrillhey Fiesta Blend Seasoned Ground beef, then topped with Pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños (homemade) and a blanket of nacho cheese. Lastly, a big ol'drizzle of @arthurwaynehotsauce cayanne,fresno & habanero Haba Haba dime sauce. This extremely messy taco left me needing a few napkins but soooooo freaking worth it. TACO DAY 1743🦐🌮🌈 SKRIMP TACOS🦐 Absolutely KILLED these shrimp tacos last night. Some of my most favorites ever! They were light and pack with flavors. The shrimps were cooked in butter on a @lodgecastiron Skillet with our @montaguebrotherscoffee Collaboration Season-All (only available locally in Wildomar, CA 😉) I added the shrimp to a corn tortilla with sliced avocado and a cabbage slaw made of green cabbage, red pepper, cilantro, red wine vinegar and green onion. Then I topped this taco of with an insanely delicious cream sauce made from a mixture of @saucy.gourmet Chipotle Salsa and Mexican crema. TACO DAY 1742 BULGOGI BEEF TACOS This was my most favorite bulgogi recipe of all time. The bulgogi sauce was made up of garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, Melinda's Hot Honey, pepper, sesame seeds, sesame oil, green onion, white onion, lime juice and miran. I let the sliced tri tip soak in the flavors for a few hours then cooked it up on a cast iron in small batches. Once the meat was ready to go I added it to a few corn tortillas with a slaw made up of cabbage, radishes, soy sauce, lime juice, and chile paste. Then I topped these tacos off with a cilantro, green onion & lime juice relish with sesame seeds and a big ol drizzle of @melindasfoods gochujang Korean Hot Chili Sauce. Ohhhhhh My Goodness! TACO DAY 1740 OREGON SEAWEED CHILI CRISP COATED FRIED CHICKEN TACOS This is how you elevate your fried chicken Taco game! In a corn tortilla I melted and crisped up some mozzarella cheese and piled in some sautéed bell peppers and onions. Then I took some homemade fried chicken bites and dunked them in @habsauce Oregon Seaweed Chili Crispy and added them into the Taco and finished with a little cilantro. Soooooo good! TACO DAY 1737 Rolled Chicken Tacos Shout out to my local @grocery_outlet / @wildomargroceryoutlet for having all the fixings to make a killer good taco meal for under $20. Literally, everything I needed was there in one store and here's the breakdown: @brandingironranch Lemon Herb Chicken : $8 Cheddar Cheese Block: $2 Avocado: $1.50 Onion: $1 @missionfoodsus Corn Tortillas : $3 @tinglyteds Tingly Sauce: $3 I had cilantro, lettuce, oil and Mexican crema already💯😉 I was able to roll up and fry 30 Chicken Tacos. And we ate 12 of them, 18 went on to get frozen for another slay. TACO DAY 1733 🌈🌮🐖 SAUCED UP TACOS DOWN!!!!! Since its been 2 years since I hit 1000 days of tacos I figured I'd revisit the tacos I made that day with my friends at @hi_spice , some tasty adobada tacos. I heated up the John Mclemore Signature @masterbuilt Smoker with @royaloakcharcoal and tossed on the adobada seasoned pork Steaks I picked up from my Local carniceria, the belk market in #wildomarca . Along with the meat I also cooked up pineapple, yellow peppers, and Mexican green onion. Once the meat was ready to go I warmed up a few @guerrerotortillas corn tortillas with melted queso fresco and piled in the adobada, cilantro, pickled red onion, and pineapple. Lastly, I sauce up these tacos with a massive drizzling of #hispice Smoked #Habanero . Soooo tasty just like I remember!! TACO DAY 1732 CHILI RELLENOS TACOS Ohhhh man, these tacos were on another level. Oil less chile rellanos stuffed with queso fresco and mozzarella and slammed directly into a sourdough flour tortilla. TACO DAY 1731 🍋🐔🌮 LEMON HERB CHICKEN TACOS Probably some of the easiest tacos I've made from beginning to end. I picked up some @brandingironranch Lemon Herb and dropped it into the slow cooker for a few hour along side a can of fire roasted tomatoes. While the chicken slowly cooked I made salsa roja by boiling 2 tomatoes, 2 tomatillos, 1 red fresno chile, 5 chili de arbol, half an onion, 3 garlic cloves, chicken stock, salt and oregano . Once it was all ready I blended it all together and set it aside. Next I thinly sliced up half a cabbage, a half bush of cilantro, and mixed it up with lime juice and salt. Once I could easily shred the chicken I placed it into some flame charred corn tortillas, along with the salsa, cabbage/cilantro mixture, and an avocado slice and badaboom!!! TACO DAY 1730 🐖🐄🦐🌮 Stuffed fresno chili Tacos!!! I charred up a few red fresno chilis and once they became soft I sliced them open, gutted them and filled them up with mozzarella cheese and placed them in the air fryer until the cheese got developed a nice crust. I added the stuffed fresnos into a few homemade corn tortillas along with tritip meat and pork belly meat. Next I topped the tacos with cilantro, pickled red onion, avocado and then drizzled in some @delmolcajetesalsas /@delmolcajetesalsa De Arbol Salsa. Additionally, I made a ceviche flat taco covered in avocado and more of that killer de arbol salsa. I followed these tacos up some bubbly in the form of @mineragua . TACO DAY 1729🦐🌮 Shrimp Ceviche Flat Tacos It's been a few months since I whipped up a batch of shrimp ceviche, but it looks like I'll be eating it for days with the massive amount I made. My ceviche was made with chopped red onion,tomato, cucumber, jicama, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, @camaronazojuice ,avocado, jalapeno, salt, pepper, @riega_foods fresca seasoning and ofcourse shrimp. After letting all the flavors get to know each other for a few hours I piled a few spoonfuls onto some @guerrerotortillas X @tajinusa corn tortillas and then drizzled on some @perrona.usa Chiltepen hot Sauce the were ready to slay. TACO DAY 1728🌮🍔 Smashed Burger Tacos🌮💣🌶🍔 SAY NO TO BUNS!!! Why do we need buns when we can make a quick batch of @masienda Corn tortillas, which were whipped up in 30 min. Once the tortillas were made I smashed up a few burgers with melted American cheese at added them to the tortillas over melted mozzarella. I topped these tacos with homemade creamy guacamole, carmalized onion, and a slice of bacon. Then, for a little extra kick, I added a few scoops of @habsauce Oregon Seaweed Chili Crunch. TACO DAY 1727🌮😋🏴‍☠️ Tritip Tacos!!! 🍖🌮🌶 These are the tacos you've been looking for! Tritip is my favorite cut of meat to bbq and after a busy day these are what I was craving. I fired up some @royaloakcharcoal inside my @masterbuilt mini que and monitored the cook with @thermopro temp spikes. Once the meat was ready to go I sliced it up and piled it into a @guerrerotortillas Taqueria style corn tortilla with Mexican crema, cilantro, onion and few big scoops of @habsauce Oregon Seaweed Chili Crisp. This #chilicrisp is on another level and it's packed with flavor from garlic, peppers and crispy onion and it matched up perfectly with these tacos. I followed these tacos up with some grilled yellow peppers soaked in @habsauce Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce and seasoned with original @getdesertdust. TACO DAY 1722 Loaded Potato & Chili Taco Dorados Tried out something different and turned my favorite way to prepare a loaded baked potato into a taco, the results were gnarly. I'm just bummed I haven't tried this sooner. I used some tacos dorados de papa as the base of these tacos and coated each Taco on Mexican crema and chili then cilantro, onions, cheddar, and a very massive drizzle of @melindasfoods Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. TACO DAY 1720 Carne Asada Tacos!! If you've been following the stories you'd see that I've been trying to learn how to make sourdough bread. I didn't expect that journey to connect to this taco journey at all but here we are. I came across a recipe for sourdough tortillas, and naturally, I had to try it out. A simple mixture of flour, water, lard, sourdough starter, salt, and time and boom,tortillas! While my circular tortilla shapes definitely need some work these tortillas came out very tasty. For the taco testing I used some classic carne asada I marinated at home with a blend of citrus, soy sauce, onions, tomato, jalapeno oil, and @your_behind_bbq_ Green chile bacon rub. After the meat was cooked I brought the remaining marinade up to a boil with chile de arbol and ancho chiles and blended it all together for a rather unique tasting salsa. I layed down a layer of this salsa on the tortilla with a mountain of steak meat followed by cilantro, pickled onion, homemade guacamole and then a big ol'drizzle of @highdesertsauceco Fire Roasted Red Hot sauce. TACO DAY 1718 ROLLED CHICKEN TINGA TACOS!! @shoveittacos dropped by the pad yesterday to pick up some stickers from our sticker business, @seriouslystickers . As we presented their stickers we were gift back a duet of sauce excellence. They hooked up their Roja and their all new Verde sauce along with a Shove It Tacos shirt and an @ogjuiceco Pineapple Express. Naturally, I had to whip up a batch of rolled tacos to give the salsa a proper taco testing. I rolled up some chicken tinga in a couple corn tortillas and fried them up to a delicious crunch. Then I loaded them in sour cream, lettuce, cilantro, guacamole, cheddar pickled red onion and some massive drizzles of both Shove It Tacos Smoked sauces. You can only get these from them directly at one of their skatepark events they participate in. And that @ogjuiceco Pineapple Express coldpressed juice was absolutely killer. TACO DAY 1717 POLLO ASADO TACOS Whipped up some absolute classics last night using some ready to cook seasoned chicken from @brandingironranch . Once the chicken was ready to go I melted a little oaxaca cheese into a few corn tortillas and only added some pico de gallo, then guacamole and lastly a few big drizzles of @highdesertsauceco X @brianambs Ghost of Saffron hot sauce. This particular sauce is absolutely filled to the max with flavors like scotch bonnet and ghost peppers but also fire roasted tomato, garlic, onion and saffron. Not a ton of heat but it's there and it's tasty. #tacos #TacoSlayers

TACO DAY 1716 DOUBLE DECKER CHICKEN TACOS We had our friend, Jo, over for tacos last night and she had a special request. She wanted some double decker tacos like the ones made at @tacobell and we were definitely up to the challenge. First Shannon made a batch of refried beans that would be used as the glue to hold an @tortillasmamalicha flour tortilla to the fried and crispy corn tortilla. After layering down some sour cream I piled in a handful of tinga chicken and topped with all the usual suspects: lettuce, Colby jack cheese, pickled red onion, tomato and then a thick pour of @faninos_godfatherofsauce smokin' green to achieve the optimal flavor. TACO DAY 1715 @jackinthebox copy cat tacos Sometimes, you want to make tacos like those ones you use to get at 2am after a night out. I packed up a few corn tortillas with American cheese and cooked ground beef before dropping into some hot oil and frying until crispy. And once they achieved "maximum crunch" I pulled them out and loaded them with lettuce and then drizzled a massive pour of @jshotsauce TACO hot sauce . This sauce is one of my absolute favorites and the perfect sauce for any taco. TACO DAY 1713 SALSA MACHA & HOT HONEY CHICKEN TACOS Recently @mexicravingz paid a visit and gifted me with some extremely awesome homemade sauces: a habanero bacon ranch, a classic salsa, and a salsa macha which is my all time favorite. Naturally, I had to dig into the salsa Macha immediately, so I whipped up some fried chicken bites using chicken breast meat, egg, flour, and my @montaguebrotherscoffee X #TacoSlayers Season-All. After the chicken was crispy and fried up, I coated them in hot honey and tossed them in a bowl with the salsa. Next I added them to a flour tortilla with a handful of jalapeno cabbage slaw and then topped them off some green onion. Just amazing! Thanks @mexicravingz !! #teamwildomar

TACO DAY 1711 Tacos Dorados De Teriyaki Chicken Finally, I cranked up the volume on my teriyaki chicken tacos with a massive upgrade by frying them up for a maximum crunch factor. After cooking a few @brandingironranch teriyaki chicken thighs (picked up from my local @grocery_outlet /@wildomargroceryoutlet ) I chopped them up and placed them front and center into a few corn tortillas. Next, I placed the meat filled corn tortillas into a hot skillet in a shallow hot oil bath until one side of the tortillas was golden, then I flipped. Once the teriyaki chicken taco dorados were ready, I placed in a layer of Asian style cabbage slaw, spicy Sriracha cream, a green Onion Cilantro Relish and a spoonful of sweet & spicy salsa Macha sauce. TACO DAY 1710 Stuffed Jalapeno Chicken Tacos This has become my favorite way to eat left overs. After making a few corn tortillas with @masienda yellow corn masa I chard up a couple jalapeños and added melted cheese into them. Next I threw them into the tortillas with a massive helping of seasoned chicken, bell peppers and onions. Next I drizzled in some crema, crumbled some cheese and then poured in some @tres.guapos ¡Chipotle Fresca! Basically, the perfect leftovers taco. TACO DAY 1707 Chile Verde Breakfast Tacos There's no better way to celebrate St. PATRICK'S DAY then by having some green tacos. In this case some chile Verde would be perfect. I made this delicious green pork a few days back but I these leftover had to go. TACO DAY 1706 CHEESY CHICKEN TACOS I made a mini version of these chicken tacos last week and this week I had to make a full sized version. I made a batch of @montaguebrotherscoffee X #TacoSlayers Coffee Infused seasoned chicken and combined that with bell pepper ane onion inside of some corn tortillas with melted colby jack cheese. TACO DAY 1705 CHICKEN TINGA TACOS It's been YEARS since I've whipped up a batch of tinga chicken, and this batch might have me making it more frequently. After boiling up and shredded a couple chicken tiddies I mixed them up with a liquefied blend of fire roasted tomatoes, Chipotle, adobo sauce, onions, garlic, salt and a few sprinkles of @riega_foods Pollo asado. Once the chicken was tinga'd up added it to a few different taco variations. First i added it to some tostadas with layer of refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, pickled red onions, queso fresco, and avocado. The second variation was basically the same mixture but with crispy taco shells. For the third taco variation I rolled up the chicken tinga in a few corn tortillas and then fried them to a crisp and topped them in lettuce, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole. Lastly, I topped each Taco with a massive drizzling of @familytraditionsspecialtyfoods Coconut Joe's Jalapeno Garlic. This sauce is filled with jalapeno, garlic, carrots, onion, cilantro, and it is tasty. Not too much heat but plenty of flavor. This is the Slay!!! #TacoSlayers #tacos #TacoTuesday

TACO DAY 1704 Chile Verde Tacos!! My buddy, Dan, came over for dinner and he had mentioned that his favorite thing was chile Verde. Naturally I had to hit him with our version of Chile Verde Tacos. I cooked up a few pounds of pork including one pound of pork belly. Once the meat was charred up I poured in a homemade Verde salsa and slow cooked for just over an hour. Once the meat was ready I added it to a toasted flour tortilla with a salsa made from pickled red onions & Manzano peppers along with cilantro, queso fresco and then a big ol'drizzle of @tres.guapos Chipotle fresco. TACO DAY 1702 Classic Ground Beef Tacos We made the official Tacos of #tacotuesday, ground beef crunchies. For these tacos I seasoned up some ground beef with my coffee/pepper/salt/garlic seasoning we make with @montaguebrotherscoffee and cooked up in a castiron skillet. While the meat cooked I fried up a few @missionfoodsus super thin corn tortillas and shaped them to the perfect taco frame. First I layed down a layer of sour cream to help the sour cream stick and then added the meat, lettuce, cilantro, cheese, a basic Pico de gallo and then a big ol drizzle of the Hawaiian made @hi_spice Lava Lime hot sauce. This sauce a delicious Verde sauce with tomatillos, jalapeno ,onion and lime but also packed with super hots that take the heat to another level. TACO DAY 1701 CARNE ASADA TACOS Since I finally got my hands on some @masienda Corn Masa so naturally, I had to try them out. After making them up I can definitely confirm this masa produces a next level corn tortilla. I figured I'd fill these tortillas with something classic. I laid down a layer of guacamole and a heaping mound of carne asada meat. Next, I added cilantro, onion, and cabbage and then finished them off with a massive drizzle of @jerseybarnfire Garden State Green! This Verde sauce was filled with a delicious blend of tomatillos, jalapeno, vinegars, cilantro, lime juice, onions and a mash of super hots. Soooo good! Simple tacos? TACO DAY 1700 Teriyaki Chicken Quesatacos with Ramen & Consume In the spirit of Birria Ramen, I whipped up an awesome batch of teriyaki soup using some @brandingironranch chicken, Ramen noods, baby bok Choi, shallots, mushrooms, and broth. And once the soup was ready I melted colby jack cheese into a corn tortilla and piled in some chicken, green onion, and cilantro. TACO DAY 1699 RED CHIMICHURRI STEAK TACOS Sometimes, the chimichurri sauce is all you need! And this is my favorite chimichurri sauce to date and heres my recipe. red chimichurri: everything is hand chopped 1 bunch cilantro 1 bunch Italian parsley 4 garlic cloves 1 tbsp menudo seasoning 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from canned Chipotles) 3 chopped Chipotle (from can) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp fresh ground pepper 1/2 red bell pepper 3 scallion Juice of 2 limes 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar After I've prepared my chimichurri I seasoned up some thin slices of steak with my @montaguebrotherscoffee collaboration seasoning and once the meat was cooked up I chopped it and then gave it a good soaking with @habsauce Spicy Sweet Soy sauce which was an absolutely Banger of a sauce to add to the meat. Together in a corn tortillas these tacos had sooo much flavor that nothing else was needed. So I left it as is and just enjoyed this wicked flavor combination. This is the slay! TACO DAY 1698 EMPIRE STATE TACOS Some absolute beauties last night for International Woman's Day dinner. I grilled up a few New York steaks and once they were done I finished cooking I seasoned them on the cutting board but I didn't season them with salt and pepper, I seasoned them in @down2ferment 's Haban-güero Kombucha hot sauce. I sliced the meat down and rolled the pieces in a puddle of the D2F super sauce and let them soak up all the flavors for a few minutes. Since the cooking process removes moisture from the meat, this particular seasoning process allows you to replace the water with flavors, and this sauce is the ultimate flavor. Once the meat had soaked up all the juices and rehydrate it self I placed some slices into a cheese coated locally made Temecula corn tortillas. I added only the usual suspects cilantro, pickled onion, guacamole, and a few more drizzles of @down2ferment haban-güero for good measure. Is this the slay?? TACO DAY 1697 Tacos dorados de cameron My brethren @sureshotvegas was posting about his hunt for these style tacos in Vegas so I had to perfect a taco slayer version just in case he dropped by. These dorados are filled with a shrimp and salsa mixture and seasoned with the delicious flavor of @your_behind_bbq_ Chipotle Mango Rub. Once the tacos are fried up in their @elcomalproducts Corn tortillas, I coated them in a cabbage infused salsa and then topped in pickled red onion, avocado, Mexican crema and then I cranked up the heat with some WHAT THE FUEGO mango Habanero Hot sauce from @faiya.co !! TACO DAY 1696 GREEN CHILE BACON RUBBED CHICKEN TACOS Popped the top on some award winning @your_behind_bbq_ green chile bacon rub and coated my chicken thighs in it for this evenings tacos. My buddy Darrin from the Slam Can Nation swears by these spice mixtures, and I was pumped to try them out. While my chicken was cooking I made a creamy avocado sauce with the green chile bacon rub and a little drizzle of @melindasfoods roasted garlic & habanero along with mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice. Afterwards I mixed together a little cilantro lime slaw with green and purple cabbage, cilantro, green onion, mayo, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Once it was taco time I heated a couple @latortillafactory tortillas up on my Comal with a layer of melted cheese over the top. TACO DAY 1695 Sausage & Bacon Breakfast Tacos Breakfast time is sometimes dinner time and that's all good with me, tacos can be slayed at any time. First I smashed up some Sausage patties in my cast iron and placed them on the surface of a cheese coated and mayonnaise layered flour tortilla( @missionfoodsus ) . Next I added in a couple thick pieces of bacon seasoned with that @montaguebrotherscoffee X #TacoSlayers Coffee Blend Seasoning before the scramby eggs, tomato, avocado and queso fresco. TACO DAY 1694 Stuffed Jalapeno Tacos These Stuffed Jalapeno Tacos were so good I had to try them twice in the same week. This time around we filled them with leftover tritip and sausage. After the jalapeños get air fried soft, I make a small incision and extract the all the innards and replace them with mozzarella before tossing them back into the Air 01Fryer. Once they were ready I added them to a few tortillas and piled in meats, cilantro, pickled red onions, avocado and then drizzled in a few massive Pours of @habsauce Smoke Habanero Cherrywooe hot sauce. TACO DAY 1693 BBQ Tritip & Sausage Tacos I had a craving for bbq while we were hiking, so naturally, once I got home, we got to cooking! Unfortunately, I arrived at a small problem with a lack of anything to start the charcoal fire with, so I tried the "tortilla chip" method, and to my surprise, it lit my @royaloakcharcoal with ease. Once the que was hot and ready, I dropped the meat in. After searing both sides of the tritip, I finished it by off indirectly along with a few sausages. I used my @thermopro Temp Spike to hit the perfect internal temperature. Once the meat was ready, I built up some tacos in a few homemade corn tortillas using @maseca.mexico masa. First, I layered in some jalapeno @ranch_beans, a couple slices of sausage, chopped tritip, and then the Taco holy trinity: cilantro,onion,and lime. Lastly, I drizzled a massive saucing of @donwapohotsauce La Zanahoria Gloria, a habanero forward Belizean style hot sauce, basically my favorite style hot sauce. TACO DAY 1692 LEE'S BIRTHDAY TACOS!!! Shannon and I had the opportunity to partake in the birthday/retirement party for our friend Lee. Her husband,Harvey, whipped up an absolute killer spread and gathered a bunch of friends, family and colleagues together without her knowing making it a total surprise. While she was at her last day of work he made salsa, guacamole beans, rice, and then his grandson grilled up some chicken and carne asada it was all delicious! TACO DAY 1691 STUFF JALAPENO CHICKEN TACOS Tried some epic tacos and these ones were inspired by taco genius @freddsters ! First I airfried a few jalapeños until they softened up and the skin fell off. Next I stripped them of their seeds and stuffed them with mozzarella before I threw them back into the AirFryer until the cheese was melted. Once my stuffed jalapeños were ready, I dropped them into a corn tortilla (@guerrerotortillas ) with a massive scoop of seasoned chicken. Next I added a scoop of @delrealfoods salsa Roja, cilantro, pickled red onions and then a massive drizzle of @elfantasticfuego Death Wish chile de arbol hot sauce. TACO DAY 1690 Mini Chicken Bacon & Cheese Tacos Whipped some new tacos here. Took the idea of a Cheesy Gobernador Tacos and swapped the shrimp for chicken and added bacon! First I seared up a few slices of bacon, then cooked a few sliced up chicken breasts inside the bacon grease with @montaguebrotherscoffee X #TacoSlayers Seasonal. Once the chicken was ready I set it aside and placed in tomato, bell pepper, jalapeno, and onion to the cast iron. Once the veggies had softened I added in butter, crema, and the bacon bits Lastly I melted some mozzarella into a few corn tortillas (@guerrerotortillas ) and piled in the chicken, bacon ,and veggies. Once the chicken was ready to go, I poured some @highdesertsauceco "mildish" Spicy Adobo into a little container for dipping. Definitely a 'Great for Tacos' sauce. THIS IS THE SLAY! TACO DAY 1689 Lime and Cilantro Shrimp Tacos "Going on the menu" is a phrase Shannon says when the tacos are absolute killers and these shrimp tacos received that very reaction. I first made a tangy crema using mayo, Mexican crema, lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, a jalapeno and pepper all blended together. Next I made a slaw using red and Green cabbage, cilantro, green onion, mayo, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, red pepper, and honey. Lastly I coated a few pounds of shrimp in my @montaguebrotherscoffee seasoning paired with @heygrillhey fiesta seasoning and cooked them in butter and garlic. With everything ready to go piled the ingredients into a toasted flour tortilla one by one and then to finish these tacos off I drizzled in a big pour of @faiya.co chile de arbol/habanero/lemon Fernandez Salsa Roja. Probably top 10 of the most delicious Sauces I've ever had and it features my two favorite chiles, Habs and Arbols. GREAT GREAT SAUCE!!! This is the Slay! #tacos #tacoslayers #tacotuesday

TACO DAY 1688 GROUND BEEFERS With a limited amount of time, I opted to make an easy taco for dinner and go with some ground beef tacos. TACO DAY 1687 TriTip Tacos & Mini Taco de Papas Doublee up the taco consumption on this taco day because sometimes before dinner tacos are served, you want appetizer tacos too 😉🤣 After coating a pretty massive looking tritip in our coffee collaboration seasoning ( with @montaguebrotherscoffee ) I tossed into the grill to cook for about 40 minutes. While the tritip cooked I made a little red chimichurri to go be paired with the meat. I also fried up some dorados with a mixture of potatos and cheese in a few @guerrerotortillas corn tortillas . When they were ready I stacked on a bit of cabbage cilantro slaw, pickled onions, and a drizzle of mexican crema! Once the meat was ready I melted some mozzarella cheese into a corn tortilla and added a little red chimichurri, then some of the slice meat. Finally, I added some absolutely wicked Habanero Sauce from @torturedholehotsauces by @nastynebs all over the tacos for a little heat and extra flavors.
