Wednesday Night Dinner: Bang Bang shrimp tacos Ingredients: - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 2 tbsp sriracha sauce - 1 tbsp honey or low-carb sweetener - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 8 small corn or flour tortillas - Shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix, for topping - Thinly sliced radishes, for topping - Chopped cilantro, for topping - Lime wedges, for serving Directions: 1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey or sweetener, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the sauce. Set aside. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. 3. Remove shrimp from heat and toss in the prepared sauce until evenly coated. 4. Warm tortillas in the skillet or microwave. 5.
