Foundations Obedience ✅ So proud of my little menace for graduating our first class at Redlands Dog Obedience Club! Although she is a little criminal regularly, she absolutely rocks at obedience and tricks training. This five week course is a pre-requisite to all other training classes at our dog club and reinforced the basics and helped develop her focus and drive. We now move on to Level 2 Obedience, and from there we can join dog sports such as Dancing With Dogs, rally, agility and trick trials. Phoenix is such a legend and I adore how much she loves training. I’m so grateful for my little buddy and so excited to keep working at our new hobby 💕
💖 7 MONTHS OLD 💖 My little Beanie Bear is 7 months old today. She is my absolute soul dog, the sweetest girl ever and a dream come true. Today we went to the beach and I really got to see how much better her recall is even compared to a month ago. She is growing so fast and maturing every day, and we both adore our training and trick sessions. 💖 17 kg (cannot BELIEVE she was less than 4kg when we got her!) 💖 still the biggest cuddle bug Mamas girl that ever existed 💖 first Taylor Swift album release day yesterday 💖 still obsessed with swimming and water 💖 not overly interested in balls or sticks, unless someone else is playing with it first! 💖 first Dancing With Dogs comp workshop done ✅ we have a long way to go with tricks, but it is a fun road ahead 💖 decent recall - not perfect, but she will stop playing with other dogs and come to me if I call her which is a HUGE step 💖 teenage antics are in full force including pulling things out of the bin, stealing food off the counter and table if unattended, and shredding as much cardboard as she can get her hands on 💖 adult coat developing and looking more beautiful every day

🌷25 weeks🌷 Sweet baby girl is turning into an adolescent! We are enjoying watching her grow up and she is definitely no longer a little puppy. 🌷 14.9kg 🌷 spinning both directions, “beg”, learning to place her paws on a target 🌷 she has injured her neck, so we are doing anti-inflammatories and rest (as much as possible for a 5 month old Aussie….) 🌷 whining and moaning like a little banshee at ridiculous times including 5:30am even on my day off 🌷 her communication is coming along so well, and we are really able to understand each other. ✈️22 weeks ✈️ This week Mama had a girls week in Melbourne so Phoenix has been hanging out with her dads. ✈️ 12.8kg - she has officially reached (and probably passed) the halfway mark for weight! 😷20 weeks😷 We unfortunately missed the 19 week check in as Phoenix and I were both unwell - fortunately she is all better but I am still under the weather! Beach day 🏖️ Unfortunately we missed Phoenix’s 19 week check-in because she and I have both been sick, but now that she is feeling better and no longer in isolation we took her to the beach! 🏝️ 18 weeks 🏝️ This week I feel like Phoenix is starting to be calmer and less wild. 🎁 14 WEEKS 🎁 Phoenix graduated puppy school on Christmas Eve and celebrated by getting all muddy and wet after the storm. 🎉13 WEEKS 🎉 Phoenix is officially 3 months old and acting like it!
