My studio door is closed. I’ve done my final sewing (for a few days at least!) and I’m signing off for Christmas. This picture (final gifts for my 3 girls) is crying out for a comment about how pants 2021 has been, but honestly, on balance, I can’t say that. From start to finish it hasn’t been what I hoped for personally or professionally, but we’re still here, together, ready for 2022. Thanks so much for everything. Little bit of Friday appreciation for the simple stripe leggings. I cut some cherry red and white stripes yesterday and seriously hope they’re going to be paired with a Christmas jumper. They’re really “elf-y”, but also great all year round. They make me dizzy when cutting them but they’re totally worth it 😍 Do you love a basic or plain with a pattern, or are you pattern mad? Tbh, we’re a family of print on print fans!
