Today, I’m going to go against who I felt I needed to be here, now. Taking my account public was actually a ‘big deal’ for me, and I guess I almost felt like there was sacrifice that came with it - that I could no longer be vulnerable, today I’m going to be. I share this old picture of me today because it related a time when I felt despair, pain & separation. And I when I wrote my expression along with it - I started with “Sometimes in life, you have to do the tough shit…” and this image and that message was flashing in my spirit as I had to deal with that over the last few days. I am sharing this now to remind us all, that our healing process is continuous. As we strive to live into higher, and greater versions of ourselves - we will be called to do the #toughstuff.
