This 2009 Pontiac G8 GT was purchased out-of-state from a dealership that didn't have info on any of the mods. It had an aftermarket cam, long tube headers, and an intake. The vehicle would turn off when coasting to a stop. The new owner of the vehicle decided to contact me for a tune and it's a good thing he did. Not only was the car shutting off, but it was running dangerously lean at WOT. When people ask which is my favorite car that I have worked on, the answer is always the same, Beau's SXT Hellcat. The body is a 2013 SXT, everything else is a 2018 Hellcat. This swap was executed to perfection by my brother @ssmotorsports_officialpage . I played a huge role in the build, Beau put all his trust in me. He bought all the parts I suggested and we truly did more with less. Competitors at the track would tell us we are doing it wrong, using the wrong parts, and tuning it the wrong way. All that stopped when we went out and beat every single one of them. This car runs 9's with the stock blower, motor, trans, and no nitrous.
