Despite his age and potential to be a rising star as an athlete, in the last few years, Astro has been spending most of his time teaching, coaching and passing his knowledge and experience to the younger generation athletes across, Hong Kong, Macau and China. Outside of the breaking scene, Astro's skillset has also been notable in other industries such as film where he's been brought on as a dance consultant, choreographer and filmmaker and editor. JUDGE - AYUMI - JAPAN 🇯🇵 @ayumi.bodycarnival @bodycarnival_kyoto An inspiration in our scene, especially to up and coming bgirls, our third judge is none other than veteran bgirl Ayumi, representing Body Carnival, Japan! Standing her own ground, Ayumi is an individual that constantly surpasses expectations, breaks limits and is making history through her bgirl journey from winning world championships since 2007, being the first and only bgirl to compete in RedBull BC One World Final 2017, winning Gold Medal at the Asian Continental Championships at the age of 40 and Bronze Medal at 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games. A key member of Team Japan, Ayumi is definitely a favourite to many for the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics. With her experience, she still spends a lot of her spare time teaching the younger generation in Japan as well as organising events for the community namely "Battle Mixture" - one of Kyoto's prominent breaking events.
