Haha well none of us had, so we decided to end the last night trying to watch the movie but yeah we passed out. Though hungover from the previous evening, we packed our to-go breakfast at 5 am to catch our 7 am ferry! People say girls are always late, hell no we were up and ready! But guess what, our ferry got cancelled due to bad weather!!! That was definitely something we never planned for. So we booked our next flight to Santorini; but I cannot complaint, because the turn of events were fun after all- Pictionary card game is a fun pastime for 4 at an airport! Once we reached Santorini, our hotel owner said the weather was the worst that day and it’s supposed to rain the coming days! Omg we only had 3 days in santorini and those would be thunder storm? Not exciting at all. Determined to get those funky beach pictures that we came for, we still head out for the beach! Not the best beach experience but it was an experience after all in the black beach of Santorini! That night when we slept, I literally thought the thunder storm would lift our hotel away! But lucky for us the next 3 days were sunny and bright 😎 . . Ps: It was reallllly cold when we took these pictures! We always wanted to do that one international trip. With not much hope I would always voice that dream; everybody being in different stages of their life made it more challenging I suppose. Someday we said, but finally it did happen! And what a beautiful experience it has been, better than any of us had expected. Everyday was better than the other; everyday more perfect than ever (maybe if we overlook that crazy bad weather day :P) Greece was randomly picked. The timing couldn’t get more perfect. And it all just happened. Still remember one of our school teachers saying how friends from school (especially girls) might not even meet after all leave to college. Maybe it was the desire to prove all of them wrong (haha :P) or just love bringing us back together each time. Thanking all the heavenly forces who has blessed me abundantly for being able to nurture this relationship and for bringing us together each time.
