Newly created recipe I guess.... I went with it based on the 3 ingredient pb cookie recipe that Kraft had put out eons ago. I used 1 tsp of baking soda on a video that I saw by Drew Cooks on fb. I made this batch with almond butter, a fresh jar, and that was interesting having to get that stirred up, I ended up putting it in a pot of hot water and then I put one beater on the hand mixer and stuck it in there. HOLD ONTO THE JAR - this I already know, just warning others. It mixed it up nicely, and it was warm and pourable! I cut the sugar down to 1/2 a cup and this time used some coconut sugar that I’ve got to use up. Okay, recipe: - 1 cup almond butter - 1/2 cup coconut sugar - 1 large egg - 1 tsp baking soda - chocolate chips - you add as many or little as you like, I did about 1 cup. - a drizzle of molasses, as I wanted that brown sugar taste to it, no more than a tablespoon. I found it a little bit of a dry mixture, I added about 1 tablespoon water, and 2 squirts of my oil sprayer. I went from the 3tbsp cookie scoop to the 2 tbsp - okay they were good as a BIG cookie! LOL, not going to lie. I find that I liked them around the 12 min mark for baking.
