Some parts of your event decor serve a practical and functional purpose beyond just looking pretty. Here’s some ways we used decor for multiple purposes in this set up: 👉🏼We used double sided place cards that featured the drool worthy 5 course meal on the other side. Wedding Consultation breakdown 🕊️ Our goal is to make wedding planning easier on our clients from start to finish. That’s why our consultation process is simple and seamless! Head to our website through the link in our bio to fill out your inquiry form. Add your Pinterest board or photo inspiration to give us an idea of your vision right off the bat. We’ll let you know if we’re available for your date and, if we are, we’ll send you availability to set up a virtual meeting. In our meeting we will learn all about your love story and vision for your day. We will guide you through any questions you may have and gather information on the arrangements we’ll need for your day. Once we have all the initial information we will put together your personalized quote and mood board to reflect your vision. After you have a chance to review your proposal and you’re ready to book your day, we’ll send you our contract and an invoice for your deposit. Once those are both completed your date is secured! From that point we can still make any and all changes to your quote and mood board up until 6 weeks prior to your date. At that point we will have our final meeting to confirm your arrangements, delivery details and any of the other finer details. We are also here to help along the way in any way we can- whether it’s vendor recommendations, design questions, floral changes or any other questions that may come up! So much of the work and direction needed in order to get final results you’ll LOVE happens wayyy before any of your vendors even set foot in the venue. If you’re working with professional vendors, you’re going to get professional results BUT if there’s no vision communicated, they’re sometimes showing up blind and have no idea what they’re going to be working with on the day of. To get a curated look, you have to…well, curate it! The real magic sauce is when you have a crystal clear vision (recipe) of the end result AND the perfect ingredients to bring it to life (aka your vendors). If you have a planner involved, you won’t have this problem cause you BET they’re going to make sure everyone is on the same page. But if you don’t here’s what you can do about it: ✨Make a mood board for each event: include images that show how you want your day/event to look AND feel! ✨Make a style guide/look book for each event: show us what you’re wearing, colour palettes for family and other key members as well! ✨Talk to your photographer/videographer about unique shot ideas that you love or might want to try. ✨Talk to your decorator about the the vibe you’re going for, and then work with them to further finesse your vision/boards. ✨Share, share, share!
