Twelfth, in our wonderful tasting menu at @minibarbyjose , we were presented with Gigante Bean with Succulent. The bean was such a surprise, and my favorite dish of the night. Expecting a wonderfully prepared bean, I was blown away when it was actually puréed bean inside of the bean itself. The flavors were so pure and clean, all I could do was sit back, close my eyes, and enjoy the taste. Just brilliant!
