Loved this parrot at Everglades Wonder Gardens! He was so happy and interested in what I was doing... we hung out for about 30 minutes doing a little photo shoot! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The history alone of this place is super interesting. It was built in 1936 as a reptile garden for tourists traveling the only road back then that went from Tampa to Miami. In 2014, a non-profit organization was created to save the gardens and keep the beauty and history going. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At this garden you will experience different plants and trees along with different wildlife. It is definitely a tropical destination of all sorts! You can find everything from gators to flamingos!
