I had heard a lot of great things about The Peanut Butter Falcon (mostly from @roxystriar and the rest of the crew on #colliderlive ) so when the movie came to my local theater, I knew I had to check it out and within five minutes of this movie starting I fell deeply in love with it!
I had a huge smile on my face during the whole movie, the entire cast is great but Shia LaBeouf and new-comer Zack Gottsagen stole the show with their performances and chemistry, the comedic moments are on point in this film, the dramatic moments literally had me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next, the themes throughout the movie are hard hitting and meaningful, and this movie has so much heart that it's hard not to fall deeply in love with it.
Honestly, the only complaint I have about this movie is Dakota Johnson's character and her motives throughout the film. Meaning I knew how she wanted to help the main character, Zak, but the way she ended up changing her mind to help him in a different way really confused me.
Overall, I absolutely loved The Peanut Butter Falcon for all of its heart, comedy, drama, and chemistry between the two leads. I will absolutely recommend this movie to everyone because I have no doubt you will love this movie just as much as me and my score is 9/10!
