It's time to get back to business. I have been back in ketosis for months now (and lost the vacation weight), but I haven't lost an ounce since May... Because I am eating too many calories, and definitely having too much artificial sweetener. Going to get back into the previously successful habits. I am too far from goal to be getting into maintenance already.
