Good Morning Everyone 💪🙏👋 Quick recap of today's beautiful morning. 👌💪💯 So usually My weekend it's fasting and idea was the same to do 72H fast but as You can see I'm posting My meal? So why I suddenly change My mind? Well there's couple of reasons I've decide to actually eat today.. The main reason is I've actually have a craving to eat eggs & Avocado 🤔🥑💪🥚 Which is strange right? Because I eat that almost every single day? And with changing My approach slitley to adding high quality Carbs such fruits I've end up today's breakfast with nice, tasty and healthy composition. The 2nd reason I think it's super important, so because I have craving for healthy food which it's actually super bizarre for me to be honest 🤔 Like crappy food right? But eggs huh wtf? 🤔 So that lead Me to tailor My diet into eating what's My body wants and I don't mean shitty food.. I mean to eat quality food if You feel like You need that.. Majority of My diet I can call it a core of My diet it's going to be the same which is: RED MEAT SALMON EGGS Rest doesn't really metter to Me especially if You'll read about oxalate in vegetables, nuts, dark chocolate & turemic so You Will UNDERSTAND WE NEED TO BE CAREFUL WITH THESE HEALTHY SUPER FOODS.. because they are not healthy after all. So to wrap up My thoughts, I belive we should aim to have our own tailored diet because everyone are different and everyone have different problems, goals, or desires to achieve and the best way to be sustain with it it's too eat what You like when You like.. Be all means nine of that should be a processed shit. 😉👌💯😎💪🥑 STAY HARD 💪 Oh BTW tody was My first 5km run with 20kg vest at 0600 am and? Fuck Yeah was great from now on only running with vest... Bring water to a boil in the pot. Add stock cubes, allspice, and salt to the water. Brown the minced meat in a frying pan. Season the minced meat with grill seasoning and onion powder while frying. Add the minced meat to the water. Let it boil for a few more minutes. This is a staple in our house. This is a massive tray of shredded chicken from just 2 chicken breasts. Firstly they are steamed in the Varoma ® then, chopped into chunks and popped into the bowl - 4 seconds, reverse speed 4 - and freeze it flat out on a tray. Then it's super easy to store in a zip lock back in the freezer. Ostekake med granola- og sjokoladebotn❤ 150 g granola (@frokenholm.no sin) 50 g mørk sjokolade (@frokenholm.no sin mørke, sukkerfrie sjokoladepellets) 1 ss natreen strø el.l. 50 g mjukt/smelta smør Knus granola, søtning og sjokolade i ei kjøkenmaskin med knivar i botnen, ha i smøret og køyr raskt saman. Trykk det jamt utover i botnen av ei springform, helst ei "bake it easy"-form med fat og avtakbar kant. Set kaldt. Ostekremen: 450 g smøreost 3 dl fløte Nokre vaniljedropar 1 ss sukrin+ 2 ss natreen strø 4 plater gelatin 2 ss sitronsaft Ha kremfløte, ost, søtning og vanilje i ein bolle og pisk til stivt og luftig. Legg gelatin i bløyt i kaldt vatn i nokre minutt, klem ut vatnet og smelt det i sitronsafta (som du varmar først, kokande). Bland gelatinen godt i kremen med ein slikkepott. Goedemorgen🙋‍♀️ Mijn ontbijtschaaltje🥣vulde ik met mijn favoriete yoghurt, blauwe bessen, pecannoten, suikervrije Orange Splash Sweetdrops🍊en Supreme Strawberry🍓van @steviala🧡 Mijn Shaker vulde ik met ongezoete Vanille Eiwitpoeder en Watermeloen Electroboost🍉 @livepuri en @ultimusnutrition Toch een beetje meegedaan met de Nederlandse kleuren voor Koningsdag 👑🇳🇱🧡☺️ Jammer dat het nu zo regent hier🌧️Wij wilden naar het centrum van ons dorp wandelen, waar verschillende activiteiten zijn. Hopelijk kan dit later op de dag wél🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ In mijn Stories liet ik gisteravond al mijn borrelplank zien. Ik heb deze gevuld met blokjes kaas, rookkaas nachos, Gelderse gekookte worst, fuet en olijven😋 Van twee plakken rookkaas heb ik kleine crackers gemaakt, nachos. Hiervoor sneed ik de kaasplak in 6 driehoekjes🔪 Daarna tussen dubbelgevouwen bakpapier in de magnetron. Op het hoogst vermogen, 80 seconden (verschilt per magnetron). Dan meteen op een afkoelrek zodat het lekker knapperig wordt. Je kan deze crackertjes los eten, in een lekkere dip dopen of een lekkere tapenade erop smeren. Van een hele plak rookkaas kan je op dezelfde manier een lekker knapperige cracker maken. Als tussendoortje of voor de lunch.
