The apple tart @beaucoupbakery is extremely well crafted, with an intricate process as to how they pressed the many layers of apples etc. Personally, cooked apples are not at the top of my list, and there are many items I prefer, but I still get this tart from time to time because of how well- made it is. Rich, buttery crust, tangy, sweet... I got so many messages the last time I posted this in my stories during the summer, and I rarely check or reply, so here it is! I have so many favorites at Beaucoup that I think you can basically walk in, point at any baked good, and get something far superior to most other places. .
