You have much wisdom within, trust it and be kind to yourself. Whatever is coming up is wanting your attention to the fragmented/shadow part, go within and ask it why it is triggering you, what memories come up for you? When was this? What does it need from you? Keep inquiries going to you help yourself bring it to wholeness.
